Your initial visit to our office is an important opportunity to meet our Doctors and staff. Getting to know you and what you would like to accomplish is a key element in our 
relationship. Our goal is to provide individual attention to our patients. We feel open communication is important in creating a positive environment for our patients and insuring successful treatment results. We pride ourselves in taking the time to explain your treatment and its various steps. Our doctors and staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
During your first visit, Dr. Timmeny or Dr. Polgrean will perform a clinical examination, discuss our findings with you, and explain the treatment options available to you. If treatment is indicated, diagnostic records can be taken during that same visit for your convenience. Additionally, our treatment coordinator will discuss the financial aspects of orthodontic treatment and will assist you in arranging a payment schedule and determining insurance coverage. If you are not ready to begin orthodontic treatment, we will continue to monitor your dental development at recall appointments.
